The Opportunity
As Director, you will be the chief strategist and operational leader for a robust and expanding program. You will:- Lead a Large Team: Oversee a dedicated Hospitalist team of 48 Hospitalists and mentor 2 Associate Directors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Drive Strategy: Set and execute a strategic vision that enhances patient care, supports academic programs, and promotes research excellence.
- Operational Excellence: Have oversight of clinical operations, provider performance, educational programs, and the departmental budget.
- Influence the System: Act as a critical liaison between the hospital medicine department, administration, and other clinical departments to advance interdisciplinary collaboration and innovative care models.
- Ensure Quality: Lead departmental quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient safety.

MGMA Median - Mean competitive compensation plan and benefits - NegotiableGenerous sign on bonus - $100K

Qualifications
Certification: Board Certified Preferred
Licensure: Licensed Medical Doctor - State of Pennsylvania (License in the state of practice is required).
Experience: Candidates with 3-5 years of leadership experience in Hospital Medicine or a related field will be considered.
Academic: Desire to be involved with resident education
Working Hours
7AM - 7pm
Administrative flexibility to work remote
Position is 505 Administrative and 50% Clinical
