Job description
We are seeking a full-time Hospitalist to join our well-supported and collegial inpatient team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a community-focused environment with a manageable patient load, strong infrastructure, and outstanding sub-specialty support.
Job Responsibilities
7 on / 7 off (7 AM – 7 PM)
Patient Load: 12–15 patients per physician
Team Census: 40–50 patients/day shared across the hospitalist team
Duties Include:
Daily rounds, admissions, rapid responses, and codes
Collaboration with intensivists in an open ICU (24/7 consultation available)
Comprehensive patient assessments, histories, physicals, and documentation (Paragon EMR)
Coordination with specialists, attendings, and hospital staff
No On-Call Responsibilities
Non-trauma designated hospital
Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed Base Salary: $250,000–$275,000
Starting Bonus: $15,000
