This hospital features a successful OB hospitalist program designed as a collaboration among hospital staff and affiliated physicians. The facility promotes a supportive environment with a cohesive approach to improve clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction through comprehensive obstetric care services.
Opportunity:
Board Certified - Obstetrics and Gynecology
Job Details:
• 24-hour shifts with flexible scheduling to create work-life balance • Collaboration with community OBs in a highly supportive and cohesive group • Provide OB triage, admissions, inpatient care, and delivery for hospitalized patients • Implementation of best practices to ensure continuity, quality and safety • Real-time communication with office physicians regarding triage visits, new issues, and deliveries • Multidisciplinary OB critical care responsibilities • 24-hour in-house coverage for obstetric and gynecologic emergencies • Management of OB/GYN emergency department patients • Must be Board Certified in OB/GYN • Ohio medical license preferred (or in process) or active IMLC compact eligible • Minimum of 1-year recent clinical experience required • Weekend coverage included
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
