Facility: A respected regional medical center providing comprehensive care to the Casper community and surrounding areas. The hospitalist program features a cohesive, long-standing team focused on collaboration, quality, and patient-first care. The facility includes daytime intensivist coverage and nighttime tele-ICU support to ensure well-coordinated, high-level hospital medicine.

Details:

  • Team: 13 physicians, 4 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and a dedicated clinical performance nurse for team and patient support.

  • Schedule: Flexible scheduling options, including full-time and part-time positions; 7-on/7-off block schedule, primarily days.

  • Environment: Semi-open ICU with daytime intensivist and tele-ICU support overnight.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Manage diverse and complex inpatient cases.

    • Participate in quarterly team meetings and continuous quality initiatives.

    • Opportunity to teach and collaborate with medical students from the University of Washington.

  • Qualifications:

    • Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

    • Eligible for or active Wyoming medical license.

Compensation:

  • Salary: $300,000 annually (full-time)
