Opportunity:
BC/BE - Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with hospital-based care experience
Job Details:
• Daytime Hospitalist position with 7-on/7-off scheduling and flexible shift options • Manage an average of 14-17 patients per shift • Join a strong, collegial team atmosphere with 20 full-time hospitalists and NP support • No procedures required • Access to specialty and 24/7 intensivist support • Ideal candidate is an adaptable, collaborative team-player focused on quality patient care • Mentorship opportunities available for those with Family Medicine background • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team orientation required • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance • 401(k) plan with employer contributions • Professional development support through training and tuition reimbursement • Flexible scheduling with generous time off • Wellness resources focused on physical, mental, and emotional health
