Practice Highlights:
- Work DAYS ONLY with a consistent 7-on, 7-off schedule, offering built-in time to recharge.
- Consistently manageable volumes and time to work at a pace that focuses on quality, meaningful care.
- Compensation range is $360k- $400k if working 182 clinical shifts annually: quality bonus and productivity bonus eligibility in addition to base compensation.
- Ideal medical director candidates have at least 2 years of experience, are ABIM certified, and have a leadership background.
