Facility:
This facility is a 30-bed hospital that serves as a Level IV Trauma Center and certified Stroke Ready facility. The on-campus multi-specialty clinic includes Primary Care with Integrated Behavioral Health, numerous specialties such as Anesthesiology, Dermatology, Obstetrics/Gynecology, and many visiting specialties. The facility utilizes EPIC as their EMR system, which is fully integrated across their entire healthcare system.
Opportunity: BC/BE - Hospitalist
This casual position offers the chance to join a physician-led, professionally managed organization providing essential healthcare services to a community of 36,000 in the service area.
Job Details:
- Work as part of a team with one physician and one Advanced Practice Clinician during AM shifts, handling an average of 6 admissions and 6 discharges (combined)
- Night shift staffed by one physician
- Procedures not required
- Access to full laboratory services
- Comprehensive radiology services including MRI and CT
- Integrated EPIC EMR system
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
- Located 60 miles north of Duluth, MN and 200 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
