Hospitalist - Yonkers, NY area - $240k-300k - 2026 residents welcomed

Position: Full-Time Day Hospitalist (Internal Medicine)
Location: Yonkers, NY
Facility: 300+ Bed Hospital with Closed ICU

Not everyone wants to work nights, and guess what? You don’t have to. We’re looking for a daytime hospitalist who’s ready to trade in burnout for a flexible, fulfilling role with a team that actually respects work-life balance.

Let’s break it down:

• 12-hour shifts, 8A–8P

• Days only—no swing shifts, no call, no surprises

• 4–10 shifts in a row, customized to your schedule and sanity

• Closed ICU (we’re not tossing you into the abyss)

• Procedures are optional, not mandatory

• Responsibilities include rounding, 1–3 admissions, RRT, and Codes

• Start date: 3 to 9 months out—we plan ahead here

Why this role is worth a serious look:

• Base salary depends on your experience:

  • 0–2 yrs: $240K

  • 3–5 yrs: $250K

  • 6–9 yrs: $260K

  • 10+ yrs: Let’s talk—custom comp available

Who we’re looking for:

• MD or DO with an active NYS license (or working on it)

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

• Valid BLS & ACLS

• CME-compliant
