Are you a dedicated OB Hospitalist seeking a dynamic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patient care? We are seeking a skilled and committed physician to fill a locum position, providing exceptional obstetric services during a flexible 24-hour shift schedule. This role offers a fantastic chance to contribute to a high-volume maternity unit handling approximately 2,700 to 3,000 annual births, with a possibility of managing gynecological emergencies and Level 3 NICU support.

Required Skills:
- Current Board Certification or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active Missouri medical license or eligible for licensure
- Proven experience managing obstetric patients in a hospital setting
- Strong clinical skills in labor and delivery, gynecological emergencies, and neonatal care
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently, make quick decisions, and handle high-acuity situations
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Familiarity with Level 3 NICU protocols
- Experience in teaching or mentoring medical staff
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of obstetric hospitalist experience
- Active and unrestricted medical license in Missouri or eligible for licensing
Other Requirements:
- Availability to start on 12/31/2025
- Willingness to work 24-hour shifts
- Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Clinical references and credentialing verification
- Reimbursements for travel, licensure, certification, and related expenses
