Required Skills:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Board-certified or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Valid medical license to practice in Missouri
- Proven experience in obstetric care and acute gynecological emergencies
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent patient communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a high-volume environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience managing NICU Level 3 cases
- Prior work in a hospitalist setting
- Certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of OB hospitalist experience or equivalent
- Familiarity with handling gyn emergencies and high-volume obstetrics cases
Other Requirements:
- Must be willing to start on 12/31/2025
- Willingness to handle NICU Level 3 and gynecological emergencies as needed
- Travel reimbursements and licensure-related support provided where applicable
- Candidates should hold current board certification and maintain up-to-date medical licenses and certifications
