Required Skills:
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
  • Board-certified or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Valid medical license to practice in Missouri
  • Proven experience in obstetric care and acute gynecological emergencies
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent patient communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a high-volume environment

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience managing NICU Level 3 cases
  • Prior work in a hospitalist setting
  • Certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
  • Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Medical degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 2 years of OB hospitalist experience or equivalent
  • Familiarity with handling gyn emergencies and high-volume obstetrics cases

Other Requirements:
  • Must be willing to start on 12/31/2025
  • Willingness to handle NICU Level 3 and gynecological emergencies as needed
  • Travel reimbursements and licensure-related support provided where applicable
  • Candidates should hold current board certification and maintain up-to-date medical licenses and certifications
