Aáphysician-owned and independentámulti-specialty group in southeast Massachusetts is adding a day shift Hospitalist.
About the opportunity:
- Full-time day shift with 7 on/ 7 off block schedule
- 12-hour shifts
- No procedures
- Our medical group admits patients to two community hospitals, one with 350 beds and the other with 185 beds.
- ICU admissions by the Hospitalists are rare, with no invasive procedures, intubations, or ICU management required.á
- For those Hospitalists who desire, opportunities may exist for additional shifts.
- Significant emphasis is placed on patient satisfaction, teamwork, and efficient care.
- The hospitalist team is well-trained, supportive, and collegial.
- Malpractice, health insurance, a 401 (k) retirement plan, moving expenses, performance bonuses, and a CME allowance are included.á
