Details:
- Join a team of 4 hospitalists at a well-respected community hospital
- Manageable patient volumes that prioritize quality over quantity
- 24-hour shifts; minimum 9 shifts per month (flexible scheduling)
- Sleeping arrangements provided with 5+ hours of protected rest time
- Open 4-bed ICU; procedural support available
- Must be board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with inpatient experience
- Procedural skills preferred but not required
- Supportive local team environment focused on collaboration and work-life balance
Compensation:
- Competitive annual compensation: $268,000–$345,000+, depending on shifts worked per month
- Quality and productivity bonuses available
- Full-time equivalent: 7–9 (24-hour) shifts per month
