Healthcare Organization: Medical center providing a range of medical services, including emergency care, inpatient and outpatient services, surgery, radiology, and rehabilitation. The hospital is committed to high-quality patient care, with a focus on accessibility for rural and underserved communities.
Opportunity: Seeking IM/FM trained Physicians for Medical Director opportunity
* Medical Director needed to lead hospital medicine team
* Day shifts 7a-7p
* 7 on/7 off
* Day rounding includes Rapid Response and Code Blues
* Night coverage is provided by Telemed MD.
* Ideal medical director candidates have at least 2 years of experience, are ABIM certified, and have a leadership background.
* The hospital includes 30 med/surg beds and a 12-bed ED
Compensation: $360k-$400k with quality bonus and productivity bonuses available. Comprehensive benefits package to include medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401k with matching contributions, paid malpractice with tail coverage, and more!
