Required Skills:
- Active medical license in Missouri and Board Certification/Eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Proven clinical experience in obstetrics, including deliveries and gynecological emergencies
- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency with Meditech Expanse EMR system
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous locum or hospitalist experience
- Experience in OB triage and emergency gynecology
- Advanced procedural skills such as cesarean section assistance
- BLS, ACLS certification
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of obstetric practice, preferably in hospital settings
- Prior experience working in inpatient obstetrics, highly regarded
Other Requirements:
- Availability to start on 12/31/2025
- Ability to work flexible hours covering clinic, call, and on-call shifts
- Travel and licensure reimbursements provided as applicable
- Must comply with all state, federal, and local laws governing healthcare standards
