Required Skills:
- Valid and active medical license in Indiana
- Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN or Family Medicine with OB experience
- Proven clinical experience in obstetrics and hospitalist medicine
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in a hospitalist setting or with OB emergencies
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
- Bilingual abilities
- Previous locum tenens experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of obstetrics hospitalist experience
- Current BLS, NRP, and ACLS certifications
Other Requirements:
- Availability to start on December 31, 2025
- Willingness to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday)
- Travel reimbursement and licensure fee coverage where applicable
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and adhering to hospital protocols
