Locum - Physician - OB Hospitalist Austin, TX

Required Skills:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB-GYN)
- Proven experience in maternity care and labor & delivery procedures
- Excellent clinical judgment and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse clinical situations
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in high-volume obstetric settings
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Ultrasound proficiency
- Prior locum or temp staffing experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Completion of an accredited OB-GYN residency program
- Minimum of 2 years post-residency clinical experience in obstetrics
- Prior experience in hospitalist roles preferred but not required
Other Requirements:
- Must be available to start on or around December 31, 2025
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Valid medical license and DEA certification
- Willingness to travel, if applicable, with reimbursements provided
- Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
