Locum Physician - OB Hospitalist – Austin, TX

What You’ll Do:
- Provide OB hospitalist coverage in a busy hospital setting in Austin
- Manage labor and delivery cases, including high-risk pregnancies
- Collaborate with nursing staff and specialists to ensure optimal patient care
- Handle patient assessments, deliveries, and postpartum care
- Document clinical activities accurately in EMR systems
- Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards
- Participate in clinical team meetings and quality initiatives
What You Need:
- Active Texas medical license (or suitable out-of-state license with eligibility to practice)
- Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience as an OB hospitalist or in a similar setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to hospital needs
