Ascension's flagship hospital in the Joliet area, Ascension Saint Joseph Joliet delivers specialty care and 24/7 emergency care. They are a designated Level II Trauma Center and a destination for specialty care - including heart, cancer, stroke care, orthopedics, and women's health. They offer a wide range of minimally invasive procedures using robotic-assisted technology, imaging, and lab testing, and a dedicated inpatient rehabilitation center, all on one campus.

- 319 Beds covered by the Hospitalist Program
- 12 hour shifts
- 7-on-7-off scheduling for full-time providers
- Physician shifts: 7a-7p; 7p-7a
- Physician-only coverage model
- EMR: Meditech
- Employed status with benefits
- Paid Malpractice with Tail Coverage
