*Location: East Texas; Montgomery County; approximately 30 miles south of Houston & 70 miles east of Austin
*Setting: Hospital; Inpatient
*Start Date: ASAP; as soon as credentialed
*End Date: ongoing, prefer providers who will commit to at least 3 months; please provide your availability - 1,2,3 weeks/month, traditional full time, start date & length of stay available
*Schedule/Shifts: Ongoing, 1,2,3 weeks/month or FT; 12 hour shifts, day & night available

*Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted TX License OR IMLC
- Board Certified or truly Board Eligible
- Clean background/Malpractice/NPDB
- AHA Certifications: ABLS, BLS
- Must submit availability with response to this post
- Must submit up to date CV with response to this post
*EMR: Epic
*Patients per shift: 16-20
*Travel & Lodging provided
*Malpractice Insurance provided
*Rate: The rate has not been set. Please provide your going rate and your bottom line rate and I will try to get the top end of that request
Job Responsibilities
Must be EMR trained or have extensive experience
Qualifications
Board Certified or truly Board Eligible
Clean background/Malpractice/NPDB
AHA Certifications: ABLS, BLS

Working Hours
7am - 7pm
7pm - 7am
No Call
Skills
Some procedures are preferred but not required
Will likely be asked to cover some ICU
