Exciting Hospitalist Opportunity in a Thriving Private Practice!
Join a successful private practice as part of the sole hospitalist group for a 115-bed hospital serving a metro population of approximately 850K.
Position Highlights:
- Flexible Schedule Options:
- Choose between a Monday-Friday schedule with 12 weeks off per year, or a standard hospitalist schedule of seven days on/seven days off.
- Average census of 15 patients per day ensures a manageable workload.
- Competitive Compensation:
- Base salary of $275k plus a $20k annual retention bonus and a $20k signing bonus.
- Optional income through night call (phone only) compensated at $300/night.
- Partnership Opportunity:
- Potential for partnership after 2-3 years, with the ability to own shares in the practice, real estate, and other group investments. The buy-in is structured as a no-interest loan from the group.
