Baltimore, MD metro area – SNFist position (Skilled nursing facility) with option to do outpatient primary care
- Daytime Position that will consist of covering 2 skilled nursing facilities seeing 22 patients daily (11 at each facility).
- Option to do half SNF work and half outpatient primary care or can do 100% SNF position.
- One weekend of call per month. Consists of two half days of rounding in a SNF.
- Flexible hours as you can start your day when you desire as long as you complete your 22 patients per day.
- Base salary of $240,000 in first year and $250,000 in year two.
- Group has a transcription service (scribe), so no need to do any EMR typing. Just dictate notes and the scribe will type for you.
- $10,000 sign-on bonus, 5K relocation

- Open to Family medicine or Internal Medicine or Geriatrics trained physicians.
- Must be Board eligible or certified in Family or Internal Medicine/Geriatrics.
- Desired start date is for 2024. Open to HHS J-1 visa sponsorship.
