Location: Springfield, MO - center of the middle of the country - a couple hours to KC, St. Louis, Tulsa and Memphis.
Facility: Committed to carrying out a continuing tradition of healing that's more than 130 years old, this 900-bed hospital serves people across the regions of southwest Missouri and Northwest Arkansas.
Opportunity: OBG call with flexible schedule - the more shifts chosen the better.
# Patients per shift: 9 max scheduled cases/day – 3 cases night shift, 6 cases day shift
# Beds in Department: 12 LDR + 3 low intervention rooms (midwifery)
# of PA/NPs: 4 midwives that care for patients
# of RNs days: 7-9 floor nurses (plus 1 charge, 2 triage RN’s)
# of RNs nights: 5-6 floor nurses (plus 1 charge, 2 triage RN’s)
# of OB Assistants (3 on days, 2 on nights)
# of Surgical Technicians (3 on days, 2 on nights)
Compensation: Excellent weekly pay with weekly pay and malpractice covered.
