Location: Great reverse commute opportunity! Just 30 minutes from downtown Indianapolis, this cities residents live in an historic, desirable community in which to relax and work. The area has an excellent cost of living, is family-friendly and safe, and has an award winning school system.
Facility: One of the Midwest's largest Health Systems they have over 1,000 physicians and advanced practice providers working in 13 hospitals and 260+ locations, many of which are nationally recognized Centers of Health Care Excellence.
Opportunity: Tired of working every other weekend and every other holiday? Then enjoy a 5 day work week! Hospitalists have a great work-life balance of working 4 five-day work weeks on (1 week outpatient and 3 weeks inpatient) and having 1 full week off. The outpatient week can be 4 days. The Hospitalist will only work one weekend during those 5 weeks. They will provide back up call only at night for in-house nocturnist NP’s. Open ICU Coverage with subspecialty support including Pulm/CC and cardiology for co-management and consults. EMR is Epic and cap exempt H1-B visa sponsorship is available.
Compensation: Competitive salary with an income guarantee, plus bonuses and incentives. Generous start-up, retention bonuses and a relocation allowance.
