Our Hospitalist team in Western Illinois has recently transitioned to a hospital-employed group in order to offer the best possible package to physicians.
About the Opportunity
- Located in West-Central IL
- 330-bed, Level II Trauma Center with excellent sub-specialty backup
- 7 on / 7 off Schedule Paid Time Off
- $300,000 annual compensation PLUS productivity incentives
- Quality Bonus Potential – 10% of Salary
- $150,000 educational debt forgiveness loan
- 50K sign-on plus full benefits
- Extra Shift Compensation – for shifts worked over the monthly minimum (14)
- Procedures – not required but if you are proficient, you can request privileges to do so
