BC/BE Requirements: BC Preferred
Length Of Assignment: 3 or more months
Facility Type: Community Hospital
Patient Volume: 10 - 12 patients
Call Requirements: 24 hour call (pager)
Our client seeks a Hospitalist for coverage in a western VA hospital. The right candidate will round on 10 to 12 patients, including 1 - 2 in the 3 bed open ICU. This will be solo coverage
* VA License
* BC preferred
* 12 hours shifts-Day; 24 hour call
* No Procedures, although ability to intubate is a plus
* Flexible Schedule - partial weeks or 7 On / 7 Off
* 3 + month assignment
Specialties are on hand to support the Hospitalist and ER Physicians provide procedures
