Midland area)

• 325 beds
• Closed ICU
• No Procedures, no vent management
• 7 on 7 off – 3 different shifts offered 7a-7p 10a-8p and 7p-7a
• Working with 6 other Physicians and 3 APP’s
• Nights 6-10 admits – share nights with Family Medicine Faculty residents and another HM Physician – also APP is on until 12a
• Average Census is 20 patients each
• Specialty Support – Nephrology, Cardiology, Ortho, Anesthesia, General Surgery, OBGYN, Vascular, Neurology – Neurohospitalist, CVS, EP, - Trauma Level 2

• Hourly compensation, expenses, and Occurrence Form Professional liability coverage are provided.

Alma, MI

• 80 bed facility.
• 7a-7p, 7p-7a shifts available.
• 5 and 7 day rotations available.
• Average census around 45-50, 15-18 per provider
• Open ICU, Pulmonologist available 24/7.

Clare, MI

• 49 bed facility.
• 7a-7p with overnight call needed.
• 5 and 7 day rotations available.
• Average census around 12-15 per day.
• Procedures, Vent Management and Intubation needed.
• Must be experienced and comfortable rounding on own
