Located in Manchester, CT; Hartford 10m
Full time; weekdays only
Overview
* An integrated health system is seeking a physician to join its multidisciplinary Geriatrics and Palliative Care team, with an uncapped productivity incentive bonus on top of base pay
* Flexible role based on your interests: mostly inpatient geriatric medicine and ideally palliative care
* Practice at a community hospital about 10 minutes east of Hartford
* Optional teaching with a faculty appointment
* Join an established team of 20+ geriatric providers, with access to a robust set of senior resources, behavioral health, high risk nurse care managers and social workers
* Optional moonlighting or per diem opportunities in the hospital or urgent care settings
* EPIC with Dragon, HIPAA compliant texting, patient self scheduling and a patient portal
Qualifications
* MD or DO in Geriatrics, with palliative care experience preferred
* Eligible for a Connecticut medical license
Compensation & Benefits
* Salary: about $245,000 to $339,000 (posted as $117.88 to $162.79 per hour, paid on a salary basis), with an uncapped incentive bonus
