Overview:
* Provide clinical leadership for an established Hospice & Palliative Care program serving the Quad Cities region
* Oversee hospice services including a 13-bed inpatient hospice facility and home- and community-based hospice services
* Partner with executive leadership, clinical directors and interdisciplinary teams to oversee quality and delivery of care
* Support program growth, quality improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary collaboration
* Full-time position with partial remote flexibility
* Join a collaborative team of physicians and APPs
* Shared weekday call coverage with APP support
* Teaching opportunities available
* Provide leadership supporting patient-centered care across physical, psychosocial, spiritual and cultural domains
* Epic EMR
* Board Certification required; Hospice & Palliative Medicine certification preferred
* Fellowship training and previous Hospice/Palliative Care experience preferred
* Seeking a physician with strong leadership, communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
* Iowa medical license required
