An established, growing hospital-employed palliative care program in New York’s Southern Adirondack region is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible physician. Join a collaborative inpatient team with plans to add outpatient services.
- Full-time Monday–Friday schedule with a four-day workweek option.
- Inpatient focus; outpatient expansion planned.
- Support from primary care, specialists, and hospitalist colleagues.
- Access to subspecialty expertise and comprehensive cancer care resources.
- Epic EMR.
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
