Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM–4:00/5:00 PM
-
Daytime hours
Responsibilities:
-
Serve in a Medical Director capacity
-
Review patient charts, documentation, and plans of care
-
Ensure patients are appropriately evaluated and managed
-
Provide clinical oversight and guidance to APPs
-
Coach and support providers as needed
-
Participate in meetings with medical staff throughout the week
-
NP will provide the day-to-day patient care
Requirements:
-
MD or DO
-
Palliative Care or Medical Director experience required
-
IMLC accepted for Ohio licensing
-
DEA required
-
Additional credentialing with IU Health required
