Overview:
* Join a growing Palliative Care team
* Seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible physicians in Palliative Care with a background in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
* Full-time schedule with an average of two clinic days per week based on patient volume
* Inpatient call rotation of 1:4 for evenings and weekends
* Average outpatient volume of 5–6 patients per week
* Average inpatient volume of 6 patients per day
* Collaborative multidisciplinary team with onsite chaplain and social worker
* National Catholic Bioethics certification provided
* Opportunity to provide compassionate, patient-centered hospice and palliative care within a supportive team environment
