• We are seeking a compassionate Palliative Care Physician to provide supportive care for patients with serious and chronic illnesses.
• The role focuses on improving quality of life through symptom management, care coordination, and patient-centered treatment.

Job Responsibilities
• Manage pain and other distressing symptoms in chronic or serious illness
• Conduct goals-of-care discussions with patients and families
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and specialists
• Develop individualized care plans focused on patient comfort and quality of life
Qualifications
• Active Oregon Medical License required (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in palliative or hospice care preferred
• Strong communication and patient-centered care skills
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccination may be required

• Day shifts (schedule may vary based on clinic needs)
