Join a growing primary care team providing high-quality care to nursing home patients across New York. We're seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Physicians who are passionate about improving the health and quality of life of geriatric patients in a collaborative care environment.
💰 Compensation
- Salary: $200,000–$240,000
📍 Location
- New York
🩺 Position Highlights
- Provide primary care services for nursing home patients
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Order and interpret laboratory and imaging studies
- Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
- Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Counsel patients on preventive care, lifestyle, and dietary modifications
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
✅ Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school
- BC/BE in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Palliative Care/Hospice
- Completion of an accredited U.S. residency (or 5-year pathway)
- Active New York Medical License
- DEA (or eligible to obtain during credentialing)
- Experience in primary care or clinical practice preferred
