Job description
Job description
I'm filling a hospital-employed palliative medicine role in the Southeast, about an hour from Memphis — an established, defined need at a large medical facility, with a team already in place around you.
Why providers are taking a look:
• Four-day work week (10-hour days) — a built-in three-day weekend, every week
• A manageable 10–13 patients a day — sustainable, not a treadmill
• Never solo — you work alongside another provider and NP support
• Inpatient-focused, with optional minor outpatient if you want the variety
• $300K–$400K expected — competitive base plus quality and production incentives, with commencement/stipend and moving assistance
• Full benefits: malpractice with tail, 401(k), CME, PTO
• Sponsorship available
Outside the clinic: an easy hour to Memphis, direct regional flights, four true seasons, strong schools and housing, and plenty of outdoor options.
A practice built to last — real balance, a team around you, and comp above the palliative norm.
