This hospice organization provides compassionate end-of-life care to patients throughout the Medford region. The facility is part of a well-established healthcare network that prioritizes quality patient care and supportive services for families during difficult times.
Opportunity:
Hospice and Palliative Medicine
Job Details:
• Full-time position with mix of onsite and telehealth work (preference for providers willing to work onsite)
• Monday-Friday schedule from 8am-5pm with lunch breaks as available
• Call responsibilities include 4-6 nights per month plus approximately 1 weekend per month
• Responsibilities include IDT, consultations, medical consults, telehealth visits, and CTIs
• Weekend coverage may involve high volume of admissions and complicated patients
• Must maintain active Oregon medical license and Oregon DEA
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
