We seek a highly skilled and compassionate Board-Certified or Eligible Palliative Physician to join our dynamic interdisciplinary team. a Board-Certified Palliative Physician, you will play a vital role in our palliative care program, providing expert medical care to patients with serious illnesses, focusing on symptom management and pain relief, and helping them understand their medical care and their clinical trajectory better and navigate their future according to their goals of care and improving their overall quality of life. You will collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team, including nurses, social workers, chaplains, and other healthcare professionals, to develop comprehensive care plans that address our patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.Our team sees patients in inpatient and outpatient settings at multiple locations throughout the Treasure Valley. We are looking to expand our inpatient coverage to include weekend availability and are searching for an additional inpatient physician to help our team grow. There may be opportunities in the future for outpatient expansion. We currently do not cover night calls, but this may also be a future direction for expansion.
