Location: Marietta, GA
Duration: June 2023 - December 2023
Reason for coverage: 2 Paternity leaves
Schedule: 2 weeks/month Mon – Sun
Shift: 8a-6p
Call: N/A
Patient volume: ~12 daily per provider (facility totals daily census of 40, averaging 10 new consults)
Scope: 100% adult Hospice/Palliative care
EMR: EPIC
Group/support: Physicians/APP/Social worker
Requirements (boards, license): GA licensed or IMLC License in hand, Board Certified or truly Board eligible. Covid Vaccinated
