Join a team of unmatched surgical expertise. Many of our physicians have trained at the nation’s best academic institutions and published promising research in prestigious medical journals. Our LVHN surgeons perform over 85,000 surgeries every year – 25 percent more than other centers in the region.

  • Oversee the review process of transplant-related adverse events and complications.
  • Work with a multidisciplinary team and across ancillary departments to address systemic issues and changes in processes.
  • Work with the administrative leadership team and the Surgical Director of Liver Transplant, overseeing liver transplant staff including coordinators, SW, PharmD, Financial Counselors, Nutrition, and Psychology
  • Be at the forefront of leading-edge technologies, delivering high-quality care to patients and stay current with the latest advancements in medical technology.
  • Develop and maintain clinical and administrative policies in liver transplant, as well as quality indicators.
  • Have oversight of growth initiatives to increase liver transplant referrals and liver transplant activity.
  • Participate in outreach education/CME programs, attendance at outreach dinners and other social events with the referring community.
  • Collaborate with our surgical administrator and transplant program director regarding finances, budgets, operations, staffing, and strategic planning and identify pathways to grow liver transplant volume.
