Locum Physician – General Opportunity in North Carolina
We are seeking a Physician for a locum General opportunity in North Carolina.
Position Details
- Coverage beginning November 2026
- Ongoing, as-needed coverage
- 1-week assignment blocks
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Some night and weekend call
- Potential for repeat coverage blocks
- Blood smears
- Body fluids
- Bone marrow
- Lymph node pathology
- Extranodal lymphoma
- Flow cytometry sign-out
- Inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
- MD or DO
- Board Certified in Hematopathology – required
- Current/recent Hematopathology experience
- Comfortable with flow cytometry sign-out
- Bone marrow and lymphoma experience
- Available for 1-week coverage blocks
- Comfortable with some night/weekend call
- No J-1 or H-1B visa sponsorship available
- Flexible 1-week locums blocks
- Ongoing need with potential for repeat assignments
- Broad Hematopathology case mix
- Established tertiary care pathology environment
- Monday-Friday daytime schedule with limited call responsibilities
