Job Responsibilities
• Conduct outpatient consultations and follow-up visits
• Develop personalized treatment plans and oversee ongoing therapy
• Collaborate with oncology, pathology, and multidisciplinary care teams
• Interpret laboratory results and diagnostic studies
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR
• Participate in pager call coverage as scheduled
Qualifications
• Board Certified in Hematology
• Active Pennsylvania medical license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Pennsylvania DEA certification
• Strong clinical background in malignant hematology
Working Hours
• Weeknight pager call coverage required
