The ideal physician will be patient focused and willing to keep up with the demands of a busy practice. Compensation is strong with a salary of $475,000, a $25,000.00 sign on bonus and a production bonus worth much more. Call is primarily phone call only, with a one week on and one week off at least until the practice expands.
