Facility Type: Clinic (outpatient)
Patient Volume: 10-12 PPD
Call Requirements: Provider is on call that is shared with other providers on weekdays. NO Hospital responsibility. VERY minimal volume for on-call
Specialty Requested: Medical Oncology; Internal Medicine / Oncology (prefer 1-3 years of experience) – Hematology/Oncology
BC/BE Requirements: Board Certified, Fellowship Required and must have Life Safety Certification
Facility Type: Outpatient Clinic
Reason for Coverage: Lost a provider, need locum until perm can be identified
Start Date: ASAP – contract approved for fulltime locums through May 2021
Minimum Length Accepted: MUST be able to commit to 3-6+ MONTHS up front
Schedule: MON-FRI 8am-5pm; Clinic ONLY, NO HOSPITAL – seeking fulltime coverage
Patient Volume: Unit Census averages about 10-12 patients per shift
Patient Age Range: ALL Adult/Geriatric Patients
Responsibilities: Routine Clinic work; Provider will share call with other providers on weekdays – rotated among group – schedule TBD
Inpatient/Outpatient: Outpatient/Clinic ONLY
