Position Highlights:
Hematology/Oncology physician opportunity in Rockford, Illinois
Provide comprehensive care to patients with hematologic disorders and cancer
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients requiring Hematology and Oncology services
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Focus on high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered care
Established hospital-based healthcare environment
Qualifications:
MD or DO
Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency
Completion of a Hematology/Oncology fellowship
Board Certified or Board Eligible in the applicable specialty
Board certification must be obtained within 5 years
Active Illinois medical license required
Active DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to or upon hire
Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR certification preferred
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
