A nationally accredited, multidisciplinary hospital cancer center in Northeast Iowa is seeking a Hematology/Oncology Physician. Exceptional compensation with a schedule built for work-life balance.
Highlights:
• 4-day work week
• Phone-only call – no in-person call
• Hospitalist team handles admissions
• Integrated radiation oncology, infusion, pharmacy and specialists in one facility
• Private infusion suites with chemo-certified nurses
• Cooperative clinical trials and weekly tumor boards
• Serves an 8-county region of about 280,000 residents
Compensation & Benefits:
• $800,000 income guarantee for 2 years; $600,000 ongoing floor
• $150,000 commencement bonus; $15,000 moving allowance
• Up to 31 days off annually during the guarantee period
• Paid malpractice with tail; health, dental, vision
• 403(b) with match + 457(b); $5,000 annual CME
• PSLF eligible

Job Responsibilities
• Take phone-only call
• Collaborate with radiation oncology, infusion and pharmacy teams
• Participate in tumor boards and clinical trials
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
• Unrestricted DEA/prescribing authority
• Clean malpractice and background
• J-1 and H-1B candidates welcome
