A well-established statewide cancer service line is expanding in Des Moines, Iowa and seeking BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologists to help build a new team.
Practice Details:
• Primarily outpatient; 36 patient-contact hours per week
• 12–15 patients per day
• Admissions to hospitalist service; APP inpatient rounding
• Equitable physician second call
• Case mix: solid tumors, breast, gynecologic, hematology
• Clinical trials participation; teaching residents and students; built-in mentorship
Compensation & Benefits:
• 2-year income guarantee of $800,000
• $600,000 salary floor plus production starting year 3
• $150,000 recruitment incentive
• Paid malpractice with tail
• 403(b) with match + 457(b)
• $6,000 annual CME; day-one benefits; 30 days annual time off

Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
• Unrestricted DEA/prescribing authority
• Clean malpractice and background
• No visa sponsorship (J-1/H-1B)
