A community-based, nationally accredited hospital cancer program in the Quad Cities (Eastern Iowa/Western Illinois) is seeking a full-time Hematologist/Oncologist. Join 4 physicians and 2 NPs with experienced support staff.
Practice Details:
• Full-time employed position covering two clinic locations, with shared call
• Hospitalist team provides inpatient support
• Nationally accredited cancer and breast programs
• Autonomy to build your practice within a cohesive group
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base guarantee of $800K in years 1–2; $600K plus wRVU production in year 3
• $150,000 commencement bonus
• Relocation up to $15,000
• 4 weeks vacation, 1 week CME, 6 paid holidays; $6,000 CME allowance

• 401(k) with match + 457(b); malpractice; PSLF eligible

Job Responsibilities
• See patients at two clinic locations
• Participate in shared call
• Collaborate with the hospitalist team and multidisciplinary cancer program
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
• Able to obtain Iowa and Illinois licenses
• Unrestricted DEA/prescribing authority
• Clean malpractice and background
• J-1 and H-1B candidates welcome
