Position Highlights:
- Position: Locum Tenens Physician – Hematology / Oncology (1099)
- Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Pay rate: $470/Hr.
- Call Requirements: No Call | No Weekend Requirements
- Start Date: ASAP (Pending 60–90 day credentialing timeline)
- Location: Seattle, WA (Zip: 98101)
- EMR: Epic
Clinical Scope & Workload:
- Setting: Outpatient Clinic
- Patient Volume: 20–23 patients per day
- Case Mix: Hematology focus (providing Hem/Onc care, seeing patients, writing orders)
- Support Staff: Full team support including MAs, RNs, and Schedulers
- Procedures: None required
Candidate Requirements:
- Board Certification: Board Certified in Hematology (Required)
- Fellowship: Completed Hematology Residency/Fellowship (Required)
- Licensure: Active Washington State Medical License or active IMLC (Required)
- Availability: Must be available for a full-time schedule (Required)
- Certifications: Active BLS & DEA (Required for credentialing); ACLS preferred
- Background: Clean malpractice history
