Schedule/Availability Requirements:
- Start Date: ASAP, as soon as credentialed
- Schedule: Full Time schedule
- Shift times: Mon-Fri (8a-5p). No call.
- Setting: Outpatient
- Duties: Providing Hem Onc care, seeing pts writing orders.
- Required Procedures: N/A
- EMR: Epic
- Support Staff: MA, RN and Scheduler
- Reason for Coverage: Vacancy
- Dealbreakers: Availability
Credentialing Information:
- Timeframe: 60-90 days
- Credentialing with other facilities? No
