Aya Healthcare is seeking a full-time Hematologist/Oncologist for a locum tenens assignment (through March 2027) with a brand new medical oncology and hematology practice at WellSpan Evangelical Community Hospital in Lewisburg, PA.
• New community-based practice opening 9/8/26, located inside the hospital (131 beds), using Epic
• Starting at approximately 10 adult patients per day with expected growth; roughly 40% hematology and 60% oncology
• Support staff includes 2 front office, 1 RN, 1 MA, and 1 navigator; 1 full-time employed physician on staff
• Hospital inpatient consults as needed
• Weeknight and weekend call approximately 1:2

Job Responsibilities
• See approximately 10 patients per day with expected growth
• Cover inpatient hospital consults as needed
• Take weeknight and weekend call approximately 1:2 (shared with the employed physician)
Qualifications
• Active PA license or IMLC LOQ required to present (willing to license)
• DEA required
• Epic experience helpful
