Aya Healthcare is seeking a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist for a 6-9 month Locum Tenens opportunity at Canton-Potsdam Hospital (Rochester Regional Health, St. Lawrence Region) in Potsdam, NY. Start date: 10/5/2026. Full-time highly preferred.
- Acute care hospital and Level III trauma center within Rochester Regional Health
- Outpatient infusion program with 15 chairs and a growing oncology service
- Team includes 1 NP and 3 CNA/CMAs
- Epic charting with AI-assisted documentation available
- Approximately 18-20 patients per day
Job Responsibilities
• See approximately 18-20 patients per day in a 15-chair infusion program
• Occasional inpatient consults
• Help grow a program in a period of expansion; work with 1 NP and 3 CNA/CMAs
Qualifications
• Active New York license in hand (not willing to license)
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Epic experience required
• Flexible and adaptable; agency-branded CV with no work history gaps of 30+ days
