Job description
Locum tenens opportunity for a Hematology/Oncology physician at an outpatient cancer clinic affiliated with a hospital in Potsdam, NY. Six to nine month assignment; full-time highly preferred.
- 15-chair infusion program with 18-20 patients per day
- Chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy and hormone therapy
- Staffed with 1 NP and 3 CNA/CMAs; occasional inpatient consults
- Epic charting with AI charting tools available
- Program currently in a period of growth
Job Responsibilities
• See approx. 18-20 patients per day in a 15-chair infusion program; occasional inpatient consults
• Work with 1 NP and 3 CNA/CMAs; AI-assisted charting available
• 6-9 month assignment in a growing program
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• NY license in hand required
• Epic experience required
• Flexible and adaptable; agency-branded CV
